What is groupage cargo
Groupage cargo is a shipment too small to fill a truck or container on its own. It is combined with the cargo of other shippers and moved in a single consignment.
The transport costs are shared between the participants, so a small shipment does not have to be moved at the price of a whole truck.
This is how trial orders, warehouse replenishment and goods from small suppliers are usually moved.

Shipments are consolidated at consolidation warehouses. From there they travel by road, sea or air — depending on the route and the deadline.
Which transport to choose depends on what matters more, time or cost. We will compare the options when preparing the quote.

How does groupage differ from a dedicated truck?
A dedicated truck carries only your cargo. A groupage consignment carries the shipments of several shippers, and the transport costs are shared between them.
Can groupage cargo be insured?
Yes, insurance is one of the related services. The terms depend on the cargo and the route; please ask when you make your request.
Will my cargo be mixed up with someone else’s?
Each shipment in a groupage consignment travels with its own documents and package markings, and is received and recorded separately at the warehouse.
Will you collect the cargo from the supplier?
Yes. We work on a door-to-door basis: we arrange collection of the cargo from the supplier and delivery to the consignee’s warehouse.
