Which countries we ship from

Our destinations include Germany, Italy, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Finland and other European countries. We collect the cargo from the supplier’s warehouse and deliver it to the consignee’s warehouse in Russia. We work with a single supplier as well as with several in different countries. Please give the country and exact departure address in your request: the route depends on them.

Checking the goods before shipment

Some goods are subject to restrictions on export from European countries and on import into Russia. So the first thing we do is check the HS code: whether the goods can be shipped and which documents are needed. We only take on shipments that are permitted by the legislation of both sides. If there is a restriction, we tell you before preparing the estimate. For the check we need the exact name, description and intended use of the goods.

Transport and groupage cargo

We choose the route to suit the cargo: road transport, sea, air or a combination of them in a multimodal shipment. Small consignments from different suppliers are combined at consolidation warehouses and shipped as groupage cargo. This way you do not have to pay for a whole truck or container.

Customs clearance in Russia

We take care of import clearance. It can be ordered in Saint Petersburg, in Moscow or in another region of Russia. The usual set: contract, invoice, packing list, transport document and conformity documents, if they are required for the goods. If you do not have your own foreign trade department, the transaction can be handed over to foreign trade outsourcing. One manager handles both the shipment and the clearance, so documents do not have to be passed between contractors.
