What logistics via Turkey includes
Turkey is both a supplier country and a transit hub between Europe, Asia and the EAEU countries. We take care of transport and documents along the whole route, and the client works with one manager.

What goods we transport
We only work with goods that are permitted for export from the country of departure and for import into the country of destination. We check restrictions against the HS code before preparing the estimate, which is why we ask for the exact name of the cargo. If the goods require permits, we say so straight away. We do not organise shipments that contravene the legislation of Russia, Turkey or the country of origin of the goods.
Transport and route
From Turkey the cargo goes by road, sea through Black Sea ports, air or a multimodal scheme. The choice depends on weight, volume, urgency and the delivery address. We show the options with cost and transit time in the estimate.
Documents and payment to the supplier
A transaction usually requires a foreign trade contract, invoice and packing list. The transport document depends on the mode of transport: CMR, bill of lading or air waybill. How much does it cost to ship cargo from Turkey?
The cost depends on the cargo, its weight and volume, the mode of transport and the departure and delivery addresses. There is no ready-made price without these details. Send us the parameters and we will prepare a preliminary estimate in 1–2 days.
How long does cargo take from Turkey?
Transit time depends on the route, the mode of transport and customs clearance. We give it in the estimate together with the cost. The estimate takes 1–2 days.
Can goods from a third country be shipped via Turkey?
Yes, if the goods are permitted for export from the country of departure and for import into the country of destination. We check this against the HS code before preparing the estimate. If there are restrictions, we tell you straight away and do not take on such a shipment.
Do you work with small consignments?
Yes. We send small consignments as groupage cargo: several shipments travel in one truck or container. The estimate will show whether this option suits you.
Can you collect goods from several suppliers in Turkey?
Yes, we arrange collection from several suppliers and combine the consignments into one shipment. For the estimate we need the suppliers’ addresses and the details of each consignment. For more details, see the page on transport within Turkey.
Who handles customs clearance?
Export clearance in Turkey is usually done by the supplier or its broker: this depends on the delivery terms under Incoterms. We take care of import customs clearance in Russia.
What details are needed for an estimate?
The exact name of the cargo for HS code classification, gross and net weight, volume of the consignment, place and time of departure, place of delivery, and your preferences for delivery method and timing.
